Interepo provides business information and credit-report services, including but not limited to SSM company profiles, business reports, employee employment reports, telco blacklist enquiries, and related business intelligence services. All reports and information provided are sourced from official registries and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, Interepo does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information provided and shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on such information.
User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Interepo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.
Credit Top-Up and Purchases
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Users must top up credits before purchasing reports or using paid services. All credit purchases are processed through our authorized payment gateways. Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. Interepo reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
Refund Policy
Interepo strives to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund process carefully:
- Credit Top-Up: Credits that have not been utilised may be eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of purchase. Refund requests for unused credits must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
- Report Purchases: Once a report or business profile has been generated and delivered to your account, it is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
- Duplicate Purchases: If you have been charged multiple times for the same report due to a system error, you may request a refund for the duplicate charges by contacting us within seven (7) days of the transaction.
- Service Not Delivered: If a purchased report fails to generate or is not delivered to your account within a reasonable timeframe, you may request a full refund of the credits used for that purchase.
- Refund Process: All refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your account details, transaction reference, and reason for the refund. We will review your request within five (5) business days and respond with our decision. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or as account credits, within fourteen (14) business days.
- Discretion: Interepo reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria or where there is evidence of misuse or abuse of our refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on interepo.com are the property of Interepo or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written consent. The reports and data purchased through our platform are for your internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without authorisation.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our platform, interfere with its operation, or use any automated means to scrape or extract data. Interepo reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability

While we endeavour to ensure our platform is accessible and accurate at all times, we rely on third-party data providers and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free information. Interepo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. This includes any loss of profits, business opportunities, or data.
